Constitution Agreement — Section 3

Membership of the Cooperative shall be open to eligible livestock producers who agree to abide by this Constitution, participate financially, and attend meetings regularly.

Financial Participation — Section 5

Members of the Cooperative shall pay registration fees and regular contributions as agreed by the Cooperative. All funds shall be properly recorded and used solely for Cooperative objectives.
